The Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) is North America's Oldest Creditors' Rights Organizaion. Founded in 1895, the CLLA has nearly 5,000 members in the United States as well as in dozens of countries abroad. Its membership consists of attorneys who concentrate their practice in commercial law, collections, the Uniform Commercial Code and bankruptcy and reorganization.
